Manicure Monday

I was recently given Ciatè's caviar manicure in white and being stuck inside for a blizzard was the perfect time to try it out!  It was really easy to use but I must say that the small beads really do go EVERYWHERE! It is also very time consuming since you must paint and sprinkle each nail separately before moving on to the next one.  My paws came out looking so cool though! Depending on how light reflected on them, it gave them a different look! Very FFC! Let's see how long it lasts though, I've heard not that long. I'll be sure to let you know! Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Last week's new recipe for 2013 was DELICIOUS! Unfortunately, I don't have a recipe to share with you because I came up with it all on my own. So, let me share with you on how I prepared these amazing Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Ingredients: -Chicken -Red Pepper -1 Carrot Stick -Chinese Five Spice Blend -Sesame Garlic Sauce -Romaine Lettuce Hearts -Lime *All these ingredients can altered and/or changed to be to your liking!* 1- Cut the chicken into long slices and/or cubes. 2- Season the chicken before putting in the pan with the Chinese Five Spice Blend and some salt and pepper. 3- Cook the chicken in a pan, medium to low heat, in some olive oil with Pam. 4- Cut up the red pepper into cubes and add that to the chicken in the pan. Continue to mix until fully cooked. 5- Shred one carrot stick; and put to the side. 6- Wash individual Lettuce pieces. (As many as you need for as many as you are serving) 7- Heat up a generous amount of the Sesame Garlic Sauce
