How about some Pork?

This week's recipe comes from; Pork with Balsamic-Cranberry Sauce.

The recipe called for pork tenderloin but I used pork chops. It was easy to make and absolutely delicious.

I served it with squash which was marinated in oil, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and then baked in the oven for about 45 minutes.
